About Us
I'm Jamie Pearson, Independent Funeral Director and have been privileged to provide my funeral services to hundreds of families for almost quarter of a century. I pride myself in being able to accommodate every request possible, to give a family exactly what they need at a very difficult time.
Having listened to many families concerns about the ever-rising cost of even a simple funeral, I realised that offering lots of choices can add significantly to overall costs, and that the only way to control the cost of a funeral without losing the personal service would be to offer just one simple service.
Cremation Services, Glasgow was formed in 2007 in cooperation with other like-minded Funeral Directors. Our Standard Service has proved extremely popular and although it's quite simple, we have always managed to keep the personal touch; it's still usually me that answers the phone, visits the family and attends the funeral. We are now able to offer four levels of service to choose between. Our Basic and Direct Service recognises that not everyone needs the formal funeral cortege arriving at the crematorium and our Traditional Service offers some more options without pushing the cost up too much.
