How our service works
... contact us and we will arrange everything
- When someone dies our Funeral Director will advise you on how to obtain all the necessary documents and will co-ordinate with doctors
and medical staff on your behalf.
- Once the death certificate and cremation documents have been completed, your loved one can then be taken to the funeral home.
- We will provide a quality natural oak veneered coffin, fully lined and furnished with polished handles and a
nameplate.
- The Funeral Director will arrange to visit you at home to make all the necessary arrangements for the funeral. He will
also complete the legal documents required for the cremation with you.
- Every funeral is unique and the Funeral Director will take time to discuss all your wishes for the service, such as
choice of crematorium, of who will conduct the service and any special music requirements etc. The same Funeral Director will
be on hand to help you from the initial arrangements, right through to the funeral service.
- Once all parties are agreed and the necessary documents are in place, we will advise you of the available times for the
crematorium.
- On the day of the funeral the hearse and Funeral Director will normally meet you at the crematorium, although, if desired,
the hearse can leave from outside the deceased's home or other address before the cortege proceeds to the crematorium.
